First roll of film successfuly loaded, wooohooo. In wrong camera, doh.
The first semester of the course is all analogue (film and dark room) which I'm completely new to and approached with some trepidation. This week we were provided with a roll of slide film to shoot our first assignment which I painstakingly put into the camera, making absolutely sure the film would be caught by the spindle and therefore advance (wouldn't want to mess up the first assignment). I was delighted with self until I turned the camera over and realised I had put it into the wrong camera (broken light meter). I then further compounded my error by rolling the film fully back into the roll while trying to swap it out. Not a very auspicious beginning to my film career but we live and learn I guess (and hope).
